According to him, russian signalmen and airfield personnel remain in belarus. However, no Russian units that could be used for an offensive have been spotted there.
Russian troops continue to be on the territory of belarus at this particular moment in small numbers. These are the personnel of several transmitting communication centers and airfield maintenance. As for infantry units, tank units, i.e. units that could pose a real military threat to Ukraine, no such units have been detected at present

Povkh explained that all combat units previously stationed in belarus have already been redeployed to eastern and southern Ukraine.
