Ukraine is interested in establishing joint innovative production facilities with Lithuania on the territory of the state that will work for the Armed Forces. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a meeting with his Lithuanian counterpart Ingrida Šimonite, UNN reports .

The Prime Minister said that Lithuanian manufacturers, in particular, are ready to provide assistance in the form of generators and solar panels.
Kyiv also highly appreciates Lithuania's participation in various international coalitions in support of Ukraine, Shmyhal said.
"I invited Lithuania to join the initiative to purchase Ukrainian weapons and military equipment from our manufacturers. We are also interested in creating joint innovative production facilities in Ukraine that will work for the Armed Forces. I emphasized that strengthening air defense remains our priority," Shmyhal said.
As the Prime Minister pointed out, Lithuania continues to be a close and reliable partner of Ukraine in the struggle for independence and justice.
