In total, during the week of sales, Ukrainians reportedly paid for 49 million purchases worth UAH 15.3 billion by cashless payments. The most commonly discounted items were clothing and footwear - 1.6 million purchases for 282 million hryvnias, as well as smartphones and computers - 560 thousand purchases for 281 million.
In addition, 71.5 thousand purchases worth more than UAH 1 billion were made by installments. Smartphones, other electronics, and household appliances were most often bought in installments, and the average cost of an installment purchase was 14 thousand hryvnias, the bank said.
