According to him, at least 10 boys aged 19 to 22 have been forced to sign a contract in this way over the past ten days.
“The Russians are hiding behind a 'draft' that will last until early 2025. It's scary to imagine how many people they will “contract” from the occupied territories during this time,” Andriushchenko added.
