Naftogaz Group has announced the completion of the planned integration of regional and city gas companies. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of Naftogaz.

On Tuesday, four more gas distribution companies were transferred to the group's management: "Tysmenytsiagaz, Korostyshivgaz, Luhanskgaz and Melitopolgaz.

It is noted that the last two enterprises are located in the temporarily occupied territories, so operational management will be carried out after de-occupation.
As a result, the group operates 27 gas distribution companies that were planned to be transferred to state control by the end of this year.

However, this step is necessary because it affects the stability of critical infrastructure, the full operation of business and the comfort of Ukrainians. Naftogaz reminded that personal accounts and tariffs for distribution services remain unchanged for customers of integrated gas distribution companies.
