The State Property Fund has held an online auction of the Kozatsky Hotel, located on Mykhailivska Street in the center of Kyiv.
The starting price of the lot was about UAH 155 million. The bidding took place in three rounds (according to the rules of the English auction) to increase the price. Three bidders competed. During the auction, the price increased more than 2.5 times to UAH 400 million.
It is noted that the funds will be transferred to the state budget after the agreement with the winner. In turn, the buyer will pay an additional UAH 80 million in VAT.

The Kozatsky Hotel is located in the center of Kyiv with an area of over 9,500 m². The lot includes a building with 135 rooms, a restaurant, a cafe, five conference halls, as well as 1494 items of movable property (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.).
