Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonite believes that NATO allies should be ready to discuss bold ideas on the issue of joint missile defense of the airspace over Ukraine. Šimonite made the statement during a meeting with Polish President Andrzej Duda and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, UNN reports.

"Formats and solutions sometimes have to be quite creative, it's important that we can draw red lines for ourselves, and then we think that Putin will stick to those lines, but in reality he doesn't have any red lines. We would like our allies to be more willing to discuss brave ideas. Some people worry about that, but in many cases we have seen that what seemed impossible in the past became very possible after a delay of a few months. So I hope that these months will not take too long," Shimonite said.
