As the SBU pointed out, the blogger's content "played along" with Russian propagandists who making fake stories about the socio-political situation in Ukraine. In addition, Russian special services could use the Kyiv blogger's online broadcasts to identify Ukrainian defenders and track their locations. location.
During searches at the defendant's place of residence, SBU officers found a mobile phone and computer equipment that he used to distribute content in favor of the Russian Federation.
On the basis of based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators notified him of suspicion under ч. 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the lawful activities of the of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period).
