According to available information, Denys Kliushnikov has been the deputy head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration since November 2019.
He was born in 1978 in Ilovaysk, Donetsk Oblast. In 1999, he graduated from the Donetsk State Institute of Health, Physical Education and Sports with a degree in Olympic and Professional Sports.
In 2006, he received his law degree from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine.
In 2002-2005, he was a private entrepreneur in Ilovaisk. In 2005-2007, he worked as a legal consultant at Artemis LLC, Donetsk.
Since 2007, the man has worked for the prosecutor's office of Donetsk region as a senior investigator of the prosecutor's offices of Avdiivka and Horlivka, deputy prosecutor of the Mykytiv district of Horlivka, prosecutor and senior prosecutor of the prosecutor's office of Donetsk region.
It is known that from 2016 he worked in the Kyiv Region Prosecutor's Office as a department prosecutor and investigator in particularly important cases.
After 2018, he worked at the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, holding the positions of investigator, senior investigator in important cases and prosecutor of the department.
