Yesterday, April 10, nine ballistic missiles were fired at Odesa, Kiper said.
"Chechens were sent to destroy our air defense forces. Unfortunately, there is damage to infrastructure and private business.
But the worst thing is the deaths: yesterday 4 people died, including a girl who turned 10 on April 1. Unfortunately, she died, and her family is in the hospital - her father, mother and younger sister," Kiper said on the air of the United News marathon.
A total of 14 casualties were recorded as a result of yesterday's attack, 5 of whom are in hospital in serious condition.
"The rest of them are receiving outpatient care," Kiper said.
