As a result of the morning Russian attack on Odesa, 55 people are in hospital, 10 of them are seriously injured. The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleh Kiper said this on the air of the "United News" marathon, UNN reports.

Kiper added that the enemy struck again when the rescue services were already working at the site.
"Iskander M missiles were launched from the occupied Crimea, these are ballistic missiles with a very short flight time," Kiper said.
