According to an IDF spokesman , the military provided a "wide range of options" for responding to Iran's missile strike.
He also noted that Israel's response could be "with or without a strike." In particular, both options contain "many different scenarios"
Lerner noted that the government will decide on further steps today, April 15, or in the coming days.
