If we consider that the intensity of combat operations on the ground is relatively low compared to other areas, then 3,200 Russian soldiers killed or wounded is a very good figure," said Lykhoviy.
Also commenting on Russia's losses in terms of weapons and military equipment, he said that in July, 1371 units were disabled, damaged or destroyed.
In addition, he noted that the number of enemy troops, for example, in Zaporizhzhia region, remains approximately constant, with no changes.
