In the town of Sosnivka, Lviv region, a boy fell into a 5-meter-deep sewer while playing, and was pulled out by rescuers, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Monday, UNN reported.

"In Lviv region, rescuers pulled a child out of a sewer," the State Emergency Service reported on social media.
The incident occurred in the town of Sosnivka.
"A boy born in 2011, while playing in the yard, fell into a sewer about 5 meters deep," the SES said.
His friends reportedly ran to the fire and rescue unit and asked for help.
"The rescuers wasted no time in arriving at the scene - the child was conscious. The rescuers went down to the boy, examined him and pulled him to the surface using a rescue rope, where they handed him over to doctors," the SES said.
