As noted, the incident occurred on March 17 at about 4 p.m. near an entertainment venue in the city center.
An ambulance was called for the victim, and upon arrival, the child was hospitalized.
The attacker was a minor boy.
He was detained near the crime scene. He will now be held in a temporary detention center until a measure of restraint is imposed.
Investigators served the juvenile a notice of suspicion over the infliction of intentional grievous bodily harm (Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
