In Dnipro, the police detained a BMW driver who caused a fatal accident. As a result of the accident, a 10-year-old passenger of a Ford car was killed. This is reported by the National Police, reports UNN.

According to preliminary data, the driver of a BMW car, being in the area of the Detsky Kombinat public transport stop, collided with a Ford car that was performing a U-turn maneuver.
Four other people, including the Ford driver and two young children, were injured. The victims were taken to the hospital, their condition is being clarified.
The BMW driver was detained by law enforcement officers in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Investigators are working at the scene to clarify all the circumstances of the tragedy.
