"Morning. It's rocketing. Ukrenergo is increasing restrictions - 3 out of 6 lines are without power," Kovalenko wrote on social media .
He announced that the schedules for Dnipro and Kyiv have been updated.
Energy company DTEK reported that Kyiv, Kyiv region, Dnipro region, Odesa region, in particular, have received updated blackout schedules for December 13. "New commands have been received from Ukrenergo, according to which the blackout schedules for today are being updated," the company said.
