Due to shortcomings in the procedure for using funds for meals for grades 1-4 in schools, financial difficulties have arisen between local and state budgets, which are currently being resolved. This was stated by the deputy head of KCSA Valentyn Mondriyivsky on the air of Kyiv24, reports UNN.
Mr. Mondriyevsky said that the Ministry announced that meals would be provided for all students in grades 1-4 starting in October. Appropriate funds were planned for this purpose, but due to unregulated procedures for their use, there was a discrepancy between state and local budgets.
