Unidentified people set off fireworks in the capital's Akademgorodok almost immediately after the air raid warning went off. The video is being shared on social media, UNN reports with reference to the Telegram channel "Trukha".
"Fireworks were launched at the Academy... people had not yet left after the alarm, and now they are "shooting" again. We are not afraid, it's not air defense," the statement said.
