In Zhytomyr region, emergency power outages occurred in three districts due to an enemy attack on the energy infrastructure, Zhytomyroblenergo reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

"In connection with another enemy attack on the energy infrastructure of the region, there are emergency blackouts in Korosten, Zhytomyr and Zvyagel districts," the power company said after 9 o'clock.
All services are indicated to be busy repairing the damage.
