In the Kyiv region, a Volkswagen driver drove off the road and collided with a tree. Both passengers, including the driver, were injured and hospitalized. This was reported by the Kyiv Region Police, according to UNN.

In Kyiv region, a Volkswagen collided with a tree while driving on the Kivshovata-Tarashcha highway. The incident occurred on July 15 at around 10:30 am. According to preliminary information, the 39-year-old driver lost control, which led to the car going off the road and hitting a tree.

Both passengers, the driver and a 59-year-old woman, were hospitalized in Bila Tserkva. According to preliminary information, the driver sustained a head injury and the passenger sustained a broken collarbone.

Law enforcers launched a pre-trial investigation into the incident under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The Kyiv regional police calls on all drivers to follow the traffic rules, especially the speed limit, to reduce the risk of an accident and save their own lives and the lives of others.
