The Danish government has announced a new aid package worth approximately DKK 783 million (дат 116 million) for Ukraine's military needs in both the short and long term. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reports UNN.

It is reported that the money will be used, in particular, for the purchase of new military equipment through the Ukrainian defense industry and industrial pool, as well as for the purchase of weapons through international partners.
The total cost of the military aid package is approximately DKK 783 million and is based on the needs and recommendations of Ukraine, dialogue with international partners and military-professional recommendations of the Ministry of Defense.
"Today we are taking another step with the twentieth package of military donations, which will provide Ukraine with much – needed military equipment that will be important for fighting Russia's aggressive war," Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen said.
For operational and security reasons, additional information about the full contents of the package is not provided.

In July, it was reported that Denmark will finance the production of 18 Ukrainian Self-propelled artillery units "Bogdan" worth DKK 1.2 billion for the defense needs of Ukraine, and the first batch is expected to be delivered in the coming months.
