China's Long March-2D rocket successfully launches a remote sensing satellite into orbit. Yaogan-39 remote sensing satellite into orbit. This was reported by the Xinhua news agency, reports UNN.
Details
The rocket took off at 9:58 a.m. (Beijing time) from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the southwestern province of Sichuan and sent Yaogan-39 satellite into the target orbit.
This was the 500th flight of the Long March series rockets.
