"This morning, Russian aviation struck a terrible blow in the Dnipropetrovs'k region. Two children are among the dead. A 14-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. Another 6-year-old boy was rescued in hospital," Kuleba wrote in X.
The Foreign Minister noted that "the cruelty of Russian terror against ordinary people, including innocent minors, has no limits.
This horror once again underscores how urgent is the provision of additional air defense systems and missiles and how necessary are the decisions we discussed yesterday at the G7 ministerial. I am grateful to all of the steps you have already taken and anticipate quick progress on the matters we discussed yesterday
"Children must not be killed in air strikes in modern Europe. We must protect them with a reliable air shield. Because protecting them also means protecting the peaceful future of all of Europe," the Ukrainian Foreign Minister emphasized.
