As of Friday morning, about 3.3 thousand trucks are queuing in Poland to cross the border with Ukraine amid the blockade of Polish carriers. This was reported by the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.
The blocking of traffic in four directions continues. As of the morning, according to the information we have from our Polish colleagues, there are about 3,300 trucks in the queues in Poland towards Ukraine
According to him, the largest queues are opposite the Shehyni checkpoint - 1,200 trucks and Rava-Ruska - about 850 trucks.
"The most complicated traffic is at the Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska checkpoints," Demchenko said.
Addendum
Ukraine and Poland agree to unblock the Uhryniv-Dolhobyczów checkpoint for empty trucks and to create separate passes for empty vehicles at the Yahodyn-Dorohusk and Krakivets-Korchova checkpoints in the eCheck system.
The protest of Polish carriers began on November 6, initially at three checkpoints. Later, the protest was expanded to a fourth checkpoint.
