Starting July 27, power outage schedules in Kyiv will be shifted one hour ahead to ensure an even load on the power grid, DTEK, the energy company providing the service in the region, reports UNN.

“Starting from this Saturday, the schedules of stabilization outages in the capital will be shifted forward by an hour. For example, if your group was scheduled to be disconnected at 09:00, it will now start at 10:00. Due to the update, outages in Kyiv and Kyiv region will differ by an hour,” DTEK said on social media.
This decision was made at the request of Ukrenergo to reduce the load on the power system.
Updated schedules will be available from 00:00 on July 27.
