The shelling of the Russian city of Belgorod killed four people and injured thirty others. This is reported by Russian Telegram channels, UNN writes.
"Four dead and seven injured in the shelling of Belgorod are currently known. A siren is sounding in the city," Telegram channels report.
Later it became known that the number of victims had increased to 30 people.
It is also reported that police officers are blocking the city center - all cars are being detoured. Residents of Belgorod are urged to go to shelters and turn off the electricity, gas and water.
