An air alert has been declared in the capital and a number of regions in the north, center and east.
"The air raid is related to the threat of ballistic missile use! Get to the shelters!" said KCMA chief Serhiy Popko.
The Ukrainian Air Force was warned: "High-speed target through Sumy region!".
