Against the backdrop of canceled tenders, the Ministry of Health decided to create a Council to oversee the restoration of the destroyed buildings of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdyt" . This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Health.

The Recovery Council will ensure public oversight of all recovery processes, including transparency and integrity in the selection of a contractor for the current repair and interior decoration of the modern medical and diagnostic complex of the Okhmatdyt hospital
The agency explained that the Council will consist of 15 representatives. The personnel will be approved by the Ministry of Health in two stages.

At the first stage, the council will be composed of representatives:
- benefactors who made the largest donations, organizers of the collection, who provided the largest amount of money, and who agreed to participate in the activities of the recovery council (6 representatives);
- The Ministry of Health (1 representative);
- Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital (1 representative).
It is expected that the second stage will include the selection of seven representatives of public associations, their unions, charitable organizations working in the areas of corruption prevention, patient protection, healthcare development, professional associations of healthcare workers, or in the field of architecture and urban planning.

Bud-Technology LLC was determined the winner of the tender from the Charitable Foundation "Okhmatdyt" for the repair of the hospital building that was damaged by a missile attack in July. This company was one of the most expensive proposals for the reconstruction.
Lyashko reported that amid the scandal over the overpriced reconstruction of Okhmatdyt, the Health Ministry has asked law enforcement agencies to conduct additional checks on the tender for the hospital's reconstruction.

The Ministry of Health cancels tenders for engineering and consulting services and technical supervision of the repair of Okhmatdyt for UAH 14 million. This is due to a new tender for the current repairs and interior decoration of the complex.
