In Kyiv, a 29-year-old woman threw a two-month-old dog she had recently bought for herself at a local market out of a 7th-floor window, Kyiv police said, according to UNN .

It is reported that a local resident reported to the Obolon police department that a puppy had been thrown out of a window on Archipenko Street.
"Law enforcement officers found out that a 29-year-old native of Kherson region had thrown a two-month-old dog, which she had recently purchased for herself at a local market, out of a 7th floor window. The puppy died from the injuries," the report says.
Also, the police learned that the day before, investigators had sent an indictment against her under Part 4 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - robbery committed under martial law.
"The Investigative Department, in agreement with the Obolon District Prosecutor's Office, notified the offender of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - cruelty to animals," the police said.
