In Donetsk region, 5 residents were killed and seven others were wounded by shelling by Russian troops yesterday, the enemy hit 17 settlements, having carried out a total of 2708 attacks in the region, the regional police department reported, UNN reports.

"A day under bombs: Russia killed five residents of Donetsk region, seven more were wounded," the police reported.
Police recorded 2708 attacks on the front line and residential areas in the region.
The enemy reportedly shelled 17 localities: the cities of Zalizne, Kostyantynivka, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Toretsk, the villages of Velyka Novosilka, Hrodivka, Kurakhivka, Berestok, Vysokoivanivka, Kostyantynopil, Marynivka, Mykolaivka, Pleshchiyivka, Rai-Olexandrivka, Shevchenko. 57 civilian objects were damaged - 31 residential buildings, administrative buildings, enterprises, a social infrastructure facility, a grain elevator, critical infrastructure, and cars.
In particular, according to the police:
- In Hrodivka, three women aged 26, 32 and 77 were killed by artillery shelling, and three private houses were damaged.
- Two civilians were killed by the occupants in Pleshchiyivka, six private houses were destroyed.
- Russian troops dropped two UMPB D-30 SN guided bombs on Myrnohrad, wounding three residents, damaging seven private homes, four administrative buildings, and a business.
- Velyka Novosilka survived a double air strike with KAB-250 bombs. Two people, a husband and wife, were injured and a house was destroyed.
- One person was wounded in Zalizne and Mykolaivka.
- The enemy attacked Lyman with three KAB-250 bombs with the UMPK module - no civilians were injured, social and critical infrastructure was damaged.
- Russia sent two KAB-250 bombs to Shevchenko, damaging six private houses.
