President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed the heads of Rivne and Donetsk regional state administrations. This is stated in the decrees of the Head of State No. 858/2023 and No. 857/2023 of December 27, UNN reports.

"To appoint Oleksandr Koval as the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration," reads one decree.
"To appoint Vadym Sergiyovych Filashkin as the head of the Donetsk regional state administration," the second decree reads.

Zelensky dismissed Pavlo Kyrylenko from the post of head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration in September, and he became the head of the AMCU.
Zelenskiy dismissed Vitaliy Koval from the post of head of the Rivne Regional State Administration in November and took over the SPFU.
