The Russian army struck at civilian infrastructure and targeted children during today's artillery attack, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine said.

The Russian army today struck at civilian infrastructure, targeting "children," said the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, according to UNN . 

"This shelling was aimed at civilians, infrastructure was hit, the whole world should see today the consequences of terror, which can only be answered by force," Yermak wrote on Twitter. 

Later, he added that  Russians "targeted children today".
