The Russian army today struck at civilian infrastructure, targeting "children," said the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, according to UNN .
"This shelling was aimed at civilians, infrastructure was hit, the whole world should see today the consequences of terror, which can only be answered by force," Yermak wrote on Twitter.
