He noted that the new law should take into account Ukrainian realities and meet the interests of the Ukrainian state, as well as maintain an an acceptable balance of national interests and business interests with international requirements.

Together with them, representatives of Ukrainian ministries and agencies discussed the content and structure of the new draft law during a roundtable held by the Ministry of Economy.
International experts provided suggestions for optimization of the document to international requirements and expressed their readiness to provide Ukraine to provide appropriate advisory assistance.
In the near future a working group will be set up to develop the draft.
