Details
"For 2023, the state budget was executed with a deficit of UAH 1.33 trillion, including the general fund in the amount of UAH 1.36 trillion, against the deficit of UAH 1.83 trillion planned by the general fund schedule for 2023 ," the Ministry of Finance reported , citing operational data from the Treasury Service.

Actual state borrowings to the general fund of the state budget for 2023 reportedly amounted to UAH 1.68 trillion , or 73.7% of the planned amount for this period. At the same time, UAH 1.13 trillion (or USD 30.9 billion) was received from external sources.
At the same time, according to the current data, public debt repayments for 2023 amount to UAH 436.5 billion (95.8% of the plan), and service payments amount to UAH 247.4 billion (93.3% of the plan).
