The forest in Zakarpattia was on fire again. This time it caught fire in the Lazeshchyna forestry. This was reported by the head of the Transcarpathian RMA Viktor Mykyta, according to UNN.
The number of forest fires in Zakarpattia continues to grow negatively. Another fire occurred today on the territory of the Lazeshchyna forestry of the Yasinya Forestry and Hunting Enterprise.

The head of the Transcarpathian RMA said that in the morning he held a meeting of the operational headquarters to eliminate the consequences of the fire in the Lazeshchyna forestry. Employees of the State Emergency Service, the State Forestry, as well as consolidated rescue teams and units of the National Police were involved in the firefighting.
As of now, the fire has been localized on an area of 6 hectares. A total of 125 specialists and 17 units of equipment are involved in extinguishing the fire.
Viktor Mykyta called on all countrymen to refrain from walking along forest belts during the dangerous period and to observe fire safety measures.
