According to the Kyiv Pre-trial Detention Center, the administration of the institution, being interested in establishing the facts of the beating of Oleksandr Dubinsky, provided full assistance to law enforcement officers and doctors.

According to the results of the examination, paramedics found a satisfactory state of health and no grounds for hospitalization outside the pre-trial detention center
The pre-trial detention center also noted that the information about Dubinsky's beating was not confirmed.
"The administration of the pre-trial detention center is also preparing an appeal to the DBR and the KDKA regarding the actions of the suspect's lawyers," the detention center added.
