the staff of judges of the Kyiv court of Appeal is not aware of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings that are being investigated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and therefore is deprived of the opportunity to provide any legal assessment of the suspicion brought against judges until its validity is established by the competent authorities within the procedures provided for by law. however, we emphasize that any manifestations of corruption in the courts are unacceptable,
the staff of judges of the Kyiv court of Appeal pointed out that, "adhering to the presumption of innocence, strongly condemns the actions of judges who commit criminal offenses, has a negative attitude to cases of corruption in the judicial community, does not cover up corruption and does not tolerate it."
