According to the regional police, "the Russian army targeted a civilian car of a resident of Novhorod-Siverskyi.
According to the report, the occupants attacked a civilian car moving along the road between the villages of Novhorod-Siverska community at about 10 am today. "A local resident was carrying food to remote border villages. As a result of the shelling, the car caught fire, and the man was fatally wounded," the police said.
Reportedly, a civilian man born in 1990 died as a result of the shelling.
Investigators are investigating this fact under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the laws and customs of war".
