According to the investigation, on July 18, at 17:13, Russian troops conducted an air strike on a residential area in Mykolaiv. So far, three people have been killed - an elderly woman, a man and a 12-year-old boy. Another 5 people received injuries of varying severity. The air strike damaged the playground of a kindergarten in the courtyard of high-rise buildings. The blast wave and debris damaged apartment buildings. Preliminary, the occupants hit the town of X-59. Information on the victims is constantly being updated

It is noted that the prosecutor's office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
