Already today, the head of the JMA said that the outskirts of Mykolaiv came under enemy rocket attack yesterday.
"At night, on December 8, around 22:12, the city of Mykolaiv was hit by a rocket attack. The missile hit an open area on the outskirts of the city. There were no casualties," said Vitaliy Kim.
