The court has imposed pre-trial restraints on five members of an organized group suspected of illegally felling oaks in the Chornobyl reserve. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office, UNN reports.

It is reported that at the request of prosecutors from the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv imposed a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention on the head of the Severna Pushcha State Enterprise, three entrepreneurs, and a police officer.
As an alternative, the court granted bail to each of them in the amount of UAH 12 million.
