Citizens have already re-registered more than 140,000 vehicles with Diia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine launched this service in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation at the end of 2023. It is now one of the most popular services in the Diia app, as it significantly saves time for both sellers and buyers. Cars, motorcycles, and mopeds can be re-registered in a few clicks without leaving home
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that online re-registration of vehicles in Diia is available only for individuals once a year, and also announced a new feature that will allow users to see the reason for re-registration in the application in case of refusal.

After a testing period, since December last year, Diia has been offering an online service for re-registering vehicles.
Re-registration in Diia is available for cars, motorcycles, or mopeds. The seller only needs to draw up a contract in Diia and share a QR code or link. And the buyer needs to read the document, choose license plates and a technical passport.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has named seven possible reasons for refusing to execute a contract for re-registering a car through the Diia portal.
