Ukraine transitions to NATO-EU military customs standards under Form 302

The Defense Ministry is moving to the NATO standard for moving military equipment across the border. The government has supported a document that regulates the movement of weapons and military equipment for the Ukrainian military across the state border. From now on, this will will be carried out according to a procedure similar to that used in NATO and EU COUNTRIES. The new standard for the movement of weapons was announced by the Ministry of Defense, UNN reports.

The government supported the initiative of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

In order to bring Ukraine closer to NATO standards, the relevant Resolution approved a document called "Form 302". It will be used to declare military equipment and other goods of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, NATO and EU member states.

The Ukrainian Form 302 replaces the customs declaration and will significantly will save time. Thanks to Form 302, the Armed Forces will be able to move equipment abroad for training under a simplified The Ministry of Defense explained this initiative.

This is not about formal changes in customs procedures. The 302 form is is a real tool that has long been successfully used in all NATO countries. І it will work in Ukraine. This step reflects our readiness to integrate into NATO in in all areas. Collective resistance to Russian aggression is one of our priorities.
