According to law enforcement officials, the incident occurred yesterday in the Pechersk district, where a call about a shooting was received by the 112 line. The applicant said that he had noticed a Porsche on Shovkovychna Street and heard several shots, after which the vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The inspectors detected and stopped the car described by the complainant on Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard. The car was occupied by a 40-year-old driver and a 25-year-old passenger. The latter had signs of alcohol intoxication and was behaving aggressively. During a cursory inspection, the patrol policemen found suspected ammunition and a spent shell casing.
Therefore, law enforcement officers detained the citizen, secured the scene and called the investigative team to further clarify all the circumstances.
