Russian troops shelled high-rise buildings in Kherson's Korabelny district in the morning, Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson MVA, said on Thursday, UNN reports.

"In the morning, the enemy fired on the Korabelny district of Kherson. Multi-storey buildings were under fire," Mrochko said on Telegram .
According to him, social workers of the Kherson City Military Administration have already worked at the site of the hit. A list of priority needs of the victims has been compiled.
