According to law enforcement, the Russian military fired a guided missile at the village of Borova, Izium district.
The air strike destroyed a private house and damaged 12 private households. A garage and three cars caught fire. Four civilians were injured: 52, 69-year-old men and 30, 70-year-old women. They suffered from an acute stress reaction and were provided with medical aid at the scene.
