In Yekaterinburg, the roof of City Hospital No. 3 is on fire. According to eyewitnesses, thick, black smoke is visible several kilometers away from the fire.
Authorities reported that the fire covered about 300 square meters, and 350 people were evacuated. No injuries were reported. However, one video shot by eyewitnesses at the scene shows people jumping out of the hospital windows in an attempt to escape the fire.
