According to the nurse who reported the incident to law enforcement, after work, a 54-year-old resident of Rivne went outside to his car when a 75-year-old local resident approached him and poured an unknown mixture he had prepared himself.
The pensioner explained his move by saying that he wanted to get even with the surgeon who, in his opinion, had improperly performed his surgery several years ago.
