The Russian army attacked residential buildings in Kharkiv. According to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, there was an attack in Shevchenkivskyi district, UNN reports.

"Another arrival in the residential area. Shevchenkivskyi district. Russia is a terrorist state",  Terekhov reported.

According to the mayor, preliminarily without casualties.

"Only the broken windows in the house next to the 'arrival' are broken," Terekhov added.
